Char-Griller Father’s Day Promotion Full Terms & Conditions

1. Promotion Details

1. 1. The Char-Griller Father’s Day Promotion is conducted by Mayo Hardware Pty Ltd (ABN 73 000 032 806) of 4 Secombe Place, Moorebank, NSW 2170 (“Promoter”).
   2. The promotion commences at 12:00am AEST on 28 August 2025 and ends at 11:59pm AEDT on 5 October 2025 (“Purchase Period”).
   3. Redemptions close 11:59pm AEDT on 2 November 2025 (“Redemption Period”)

2. Eligibility

1. 1. Participation in this promotion is restricted to Australian residents aged 18 years or over who, during the Purchase Period, make a Qualifying Purchase of one or more eligible products listed in Clause 4 from any Harvey Norman store or the Harvey Norman online store.
   2. This promotion is strictly available to individual consumers purchasing the outlined products for personal use.
   3. The promotion is not available in conjunction with commercial tenders, bulk orders, trade purchases, or for resale purposes.
   4. Employees of the Promoter are ineligible to enter.

3. Redemption Limit

1. 1. Each individual may make a maximum of five (5) redemption claims during the Redemption Period.
   2. Claims must be submitted individually, with a separate receipt uploaded for each claim.

5. How to Redeem

To claim a redemption, customers must, during the Redemption Period:

1. Go to this link.
2. Input personal details including full name and delivery address.
3. Upload a valid proof of purchase (purchase receipt) clearly showing the eligible product, price paid, retailer name, and purchase date within the Purchase Period.

6. Proof of Purchase

1. 1. Entrants must retain their original purchase receipt(s).
   2. The Promoter may request the original receipt to verify claims.
   3. Failure to provide a valid receipt will result in an invalid claim.
   4. Sharing of receipt/invoice numbers for multiple claims is prohibited. 

7. Delivery

1. 1. Delivery of redemption items may take up to 45 working days from the date a valid claim is approved.
   2. This offer cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer.

8. Substitution

1. 1. If a redemption item is unavailable, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with an item of equal or greater value.
   2. Redemption items are not transferable, exchangeable, or redeemable for cash.

9. General Conditions

1. 1. The Promoter reserves the right to verify the validity of claims and to disqualify any person for tampering with the claim process or submitting false information.
   2. The Promoter is not responsible for late, lost, incomplete, incorrectly submitted, delayed, illegible, corrupted, or misdirected claims or correspondence due to any reason beyond its reasonable control.
   3. If the promotion is interfered with or is not capable of being conducted as reasonably anticipated due to factors beyond the Promoter’s control (including technical issues, fraud, unauthorised intervention, or other causes), the Promoter reserves the right to modify, suspend, terminate, or cancel the promotion, subject to any directions from a regulatory authority.

 10. Consumer Guarantees

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions limits, excludes, or modifies the statutory consumer guarantees under the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (Cth) or any other applicable law that cannot be excluded.

11. Liability

1. 1. Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, the Promoter excludes all liability (including negligence) for any loss or damage arising out of the promotion, including:
      1. any technical issues or equipment malfunction;
      2. theft, unauthorised access, or third-party interference;

• any claim that is late, lost, altered, damaged, or misdirected;

1. any tax liability incurred by a claimant; or
2. the use of a redemption item.

12. Privacy Policy

The Promoter collects personal information in order to conduct the promotion and may disclose such information to third parties (including agents, contractors, and service providers) for the purpose of administering the promotion and delivering redemption items. Entry is conditional on providing this information. The Promoter may, unless otherwise advised, use the information for promotional, marketing, and publicity purposes, including contacting entrants electronically. All claims become the property of the Promoter and will be handled in accordance with the Promoter’s privacy policy, available on request.
